Items
must be
a) 'vegan', GMO Free and
b) either 'wholefood' or 'organic' - preferably both.
Orders are emailed by Noon the Wednesday before the following Monday delivery. I want the order and the invoiced money - in cash - to be with me by the preceding Monday. Sadly few people do this, Vera being the most considerate.
You are initially committed to paying the value indicated in the table below as the 'Invoiced Amount'

The 'Final Cost' will be calculated after I have received Essential's Invoice.1 Your invoice will be amended to reflect any changes. Any difference between the 'Invoiced Amount'and the 'Final Cost' will be credited, returned or debited to you.1. ( following the same steps as calculating 'Rounded Cost'- using any updated catologued prices)
I am considering changing the way I charge for the service.
The two main reasons are
a) people who sometimes order £100 or £160 do not get
a
discount and
b) those that order little or less (£10, 20 or £30 do
not
really pay for the service. Especially if the order is £10.
I have tried adding £1 for under £40 order, £2 for under £3 order etc., but never implemented it properly and have now come up with a 'new' idea.
I would like to charge a flat fee for the order, of £4, and then 5% for the items.
Below is a table of the differences that the original charges cost, the current charges and the new idea.

expenses are for those ordering products for personal consumption. To
this will be added the following.

| Should someone fail to provide the cash for the order by 10 am Wednesday, their order may be cancelled and a set fee of £4.50 will be charged on the next order. |
