The boat was moved to it's present location on August 26th 1996. From October 1985 until then she had been in a half tide, drying mooring, at Forder Lake. Forder is at the head of a creek running north-south, on the northern side of the River Lyhner, less than half a mile from it's mingling with the River Tamar where it forms the Hamoze.

The Hamoze is the stretch of water between Torpoint in Cornwall and The Royal Naval Dockyard of Devonport, It flows into Plymouth Sound where it meets the River Plym.
